Take a few minutes to help ensure you’re prepared and ready.

Evaluate your medical plan options and 2023 premiums on pages 6-12 of the applicable benefits guide linked below.

Review your health care spending from 2022 and estimate how much you will need to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) in 2023. You must be enrolled in the Medical Savings Plan to participate in the HSA.

Gather this information before you enroll:

  • Your ECU Health UserID and password.
  • Social Security numbers, addresses and dates of birth for covered dependents or beneficiaries.

To enroll, log in to PeopleSoft Employee Self Service by visiting myhr.VidantHealth.com. Click the “Annual Enrollment” tile to begin your elections. Please elect or waive each benefit. Note: all benefit-eligible team members should log in during Annual Enrollment to check your plan elections and coverage levels to ensure you have the best coverage for you and your family for 2023.

If you do not take action and enroll, your benefit elections from 2022 will roll over into 2023, except for your HSA and your Healthcare FSA and Dependent Daycare FSA elections.

If you want to waive benefits, log in to PeopleSoft and assign beneficiaries when prompted, as well as decline coverages.

While logged in to PeopleSoft, check to make sure your mailing address is current for new ID cards.
